On October 17th, the 9th China International Baking Autumn Exhibition grandly opened at the Wuhan International Expo Center. KFI Kesong Group showcased a rich product line at this exhibition, covering seven major categories: frozen desserts and frozen pasta, UHT cream and pasteurized frozen cream, oils, pre mixed powders, improvers, sauces, and milk. At the exhibition site, KFI Kesong Group brought a series of application products such as "Wanguo Cake" and "Emoji Cake" made from UHT cream and pasteurized frozen cream as raw materials.

The "International Cake" blends flavor elements from all over the world, each representing a unique flavor of a country, making people feel like they are traveling around the world during the tasting process. And 'Emoji cake' is inspired by cute emojis, incorporating happiness and sweetness into the cake, with every bite full of surprises.


Mr. Kim Seung jin, a senior baking master from South Korea, created a baked dessert called Korean style bean milk snow shell on site, which further elevated the atmosphere of the exhibition. These desserts made from KFI Kesong Group cream not only showcase the charm of baking art, but also become rare and delicious memories on site.
