On October 31st, KFI Kesong Group's International French Pastry MOF Master Training Camp was officially launched. Philippe Hiriart, the best French craftsman (MOF), was specially invited to give on-site lectures at this event. Through product demonstrations, refined guidance, experience exchange and sharing, and other measures, the store management was fully empowered.
Under the guidance of the strategy of strengthening the country with skills and talents, KFI Kesong Group is committed to expanding its international vision, passing on the latest European technologies and concepts to its domestic baking colleagues through the empowerment of the world's top baking masters, aiming to promote internal and external exchanges, grasp global forward-looking information, strengthen China's baking power, and boost the internationalization process of China's baking.
Mr. Philippe Hiriart, a senior French dessert master and member of the International Dessert Association, was specially invited as the keynote speaker for this event. He has been awarded the MOF Medal by the French President and the 2016 French Agricultural Knight Medal. He has served as a judge for the World Cup Dessert Competition and runs a high-end dessert shop with extensive experience in dessert production and store management.
Holding an international French pastry MOF master training camp is also a way for KFI Group to thank and give back to all friends who support and care about KFI's business, and to share the secrets of Michelin level desserts with domestic baking colleagues.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Fu Jinhai, Chairman of KFI Kesong Group, accompanied by a team of marketing executives, witnessed this important moment. Mr. Fu warmly welcomes everyone's arrival and uses the phrase "outsiders watch the excitement, experts watch the tricks" to describe the journey of the Kesong Foreign Trade team's learning and exploration in nearly 40 countries and regions around the world.
